UniBook Book Release: ATL Jail: Untold Stories

UniBook is proud to announce the publication of Officer CC’s book, ATL Jail: Untold Stories

For many people who dwell in the “scribbling arts”, stories about prisons and jails involve glamorized plots woven by story masters who have degrees from prestigious Universities – and precisely zero personal experience with a real jail setting. They learn about prisons and jails from the same sources as the rest of us: newspapers, television, movies and books.

A Peek Into Another World

ATL Jail: Untold Stories is a non-fiction work that takes the reader on an inside tour of the life and lifestyle of a big city jail system corrections officer. The setting is the City of Atlanta Jail System. The Officer’s name is “CC”, and the dramas, corruption, and danger are real. This is the type of world most people never know; never have the opportunity to see first-hand, but are curious about nonetheless.

An Authentic Book

In writing circles, authenticity of voice is often promoted as one of the most important aspects of developing a story. ATL Jail: Untold Stories takes the goal of authenticity to a level rarely seen in a published book. The reader hears first-hand how a big city corrections officer speaks through words on the page.

ATL Jail: Untold Stories is a book that may be challenging for some to read. It contains grammar that is not consistent with any published style guidelines. But as the reader dives into the book, he or she realizes that the story couldn’t really be told any other way, and it is a story that will not be forgotten.

To learn more about “ATL Jail: Untold Stories,” read an excerpt, or purchase a review copy, visit http://www.unibook.com/unibook/site/bookdetail/?bookid=6985.

About CC: CC is a native of Atlanta, Ga. The proud parent of one daughter and her adopted cousin. Before working with corrections, she worked as a dental assistant for 12 years and she retired from the Atlanta Jail in 2006. CC is a person of faith who enjoys reading, writing, and personal organization.

The book weaves masterfully through a series of intricate personal relationships and plot twists as the defense attorney balances his relationship with his lover, his responsibility to his client, and the discovery of a conspiracy that could destroy them all.

UniBook Book Release: Home Hurts by Kathleen Richter

UniBook is proud to announce the publication of Kathleen Richter’s book, “Home Hurts.”

The book takes the reader through a first-person account of family abuse, neglect, and molestation. As with many childhood traumas, the effects of abuse often lie dormant and affect relationships and family for years, and even decades before resurfacing.

For Kathleen Richter, the moment of awakening occurred after her youngest child left home. Depression and thoughts of suicide took her to the brink of disaster.

In her desperation, she contacted the Dr. Phil show and her life was changed by the help she received on the show, and by the wonderful people she met in the process.

Kathleen’s story is more than a story of neglect and abuse. It is also one of recovery. It can provide a guiding light to others who have suffered, and are currently suffering from similar traumas.

UniBook Book Release: The Wise Shall Understand: The Bible Code Revealed

UniBook is proud to announce the publication of Charles Huntley Clever’s book, The Wise Shall Understand: The Bible Code Revealed

The book details the author’s theories about hidden codes within the Bible, and the implication of those codes on current political, religious, and general human affairs. While many authors and theorists have for thousands of years combed the Bible in search of hidden meanings, dates, and prophecies, Mr. Clever asserts the information contained in his book provides a code to actually unlock a secret chapter hidden within the Bible.

Mr. Clever uses the secret code to discover through a step-by-step process the approximate end of human History (hint: soon), and the timing of the new creation. The book also discusses topics such as the conflict of good and evil, the identity of the Abomination of Desolation, and the Mark of the Beast.

The Wise Shall Understand is a deeply religious text, written from the perspective of a Christian author, and addressing a wide audience of all religious persuasions.

As with many books of this nature, The Wise Shall Understand will undoubtedly become a highly controversial book. However, it should prove to be a fascinating read for anyone with an interest in the Bible, hidden meanings, or cryptography.

To learn more about the book, read an excerpt, or purchase a copy, visit  The Wise Shall Understand: The Bible Code Revealed.

About Charles Huntley Clever: The author has studied the Bible, including multiple translations, looking for the hidden “key” to unlock the only part of the Bible “closed until the end of the days.” Finding the “key” in 1974, he refrained from publishing it until now—world conditions mandate the publishing of its “sealed” message.
